Order Processing Information
We currently have an order processing time of 7-10 business days.
What do we mean by order processing time ? :
This is from the point of when you the customer places the order, to the point of dispatching the goods.
We are a small business, and as a keen fisherman I’m often out on the bank fishing / testing new products, and occasionally on a family holiday.
Rather than shutting the website down when we go on holiday, or fishing, we implemented a 7-10 business day lead time, this is to allow time to be away, return home, manufacture and pack-up the products.
We will often beat this order processing time, and have products sent out in a few days, however sometime we will not.
Please only place an order if you can agree to the lead times.
Delivery Information
We currently use Royal Mail as a delivery company.
Once the products are packaged up, the labels are bought and printed out. At this point they are marked as dispatched (this happens automatically) and you will receive an email with the tracking details of your package.
They are normally collected the next working day by Royal Mail, and sent via the Tracked 48 Service.
Please note : if we prepare orders on a weekend, the they won’t be collected until Monday, and delivery would be Wednesday.
